The thing that I found most difficult to accomplish with taking a group picture was that people would be out of position, and with all the rambling ideas going around it was hard to settle on a pose and background that looked good for everyone. If I could do one thing differently it would be for everyone to state their ideas before going anywhere to take the shot.
